We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at CJ wholesale, which is why we offer a straight-forward 15 days return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (minus any shipping or packaging charges) or an exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.

•       The item must be returned in anewandunworncondition (no damage, no wear).

•       The item being returnedmust havethe jewelry tag attached.

•       Customized items (including customized size, customized color) will not be accepted for refund.

•       Replacements will not be refunded.

•       You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We reserve the right to make any modifications that we deem necessary at any time.

Return policy

CJ wholesale choose the products to sell based on their excellent designs and superior quality we have the quality control team to check the items during the whole process of packing and ship out, perhaps there are some items damage due to the long time transportation or you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return your items, please contact the customer services first and send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy. 

•       Items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date.

•       Items must be unworn, unwashed.

•       Items must be free of stains, makeup,deodorant, or wear.

•       All returns are refunded via store credit into your shopping account.

•     Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.

•     CJ wholesale does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

•     Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.(Please email ï¼‰

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Nihao Jewelry will not issue store credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in your shopping account for use on a future purchase. Your credit will never expire, and are redeemable right away!


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {} and send your item to: {physical address}.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
